This unit can be operated as a stand-alone motorised conference stand where it is controlled by a simple rise/fall controller or it can be networked to provide up to eight stands all operated by a user-friendly Windows program.

When networked, the stands are simply linked together using a 75 ohm loopthrough connection. A small 'Coax Convertor' box connects the stands to a COM port on the PC.

This shows the main Stand Control window, currently configured to operate three stands. The height of the stands can be altered simply by dragging on the yellow portion of the appropriate stand's picture. A dotted square will be shown at the desired target position. When the Take button is clicked, the yellow stand image will move using actual postional information being read from the stand. This gives the operator confidence that the requested operation is taking place.

This shows the Database Window which is used to set up pre-defined heights. Notice that the actual speaker's name can be entered allowing quick and foolproof selection of their stand height. Any number of database files may be saved allowing several different conferences to be set up if required. This software can also be linked to our WinPlus prompter software, embedded commands within the prompter script can automatically call up the preset heights in the database for each speaker.

This window allows a run order of speakers to be set up within the Stand Control program.
